If you were fortunate enough to be around the Illinois Valley music scene in the early 2000s, then Nü Balance might be considered a “Super Group”, with all five members raised from the ashes of three of the area’s biggest bands of the time (Dropt, Undermine, and Foil.) Now. 1 - 2 decades removed, the guys in Nü Balance are ushering in a long overdue metal revival of epic proportions throughout the North Central Illinois region and beyond as they put on an all-out nü-metal assault, performing your favorite anthems from bands such as Korn, Deftones, Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, System of a Down, and more!

With his brutal screams and commanding charisma, frontman and lead vocalist Jami Corell keeps fans engaged all night long. His infectious energy feeds the crowd and is only matched by the dual-chainsaw attack of guitarists Rick Delphi and Cole Huettemann, known for trading leads back and forth between the palm-mutes of their downtuned arsenal of both 6 and 7-string guitars.  Bassist and vocalist Dan Tremblay provides low end that can be felt for days in addition to slapping unmistakable basslines and harmonizing with Corell’s trademarked vocal grit.  Percussionist Adam Handzus rounds out the lineup with his thunderous drumming.  No stranger to a doublebass pedal and a china cymbal, Handzus throws down the grooves that the nü-metal genre was built upon while also triggering unmistakeable samples and sounds that will bring you back in time to when you first heard them.

Together, these five guys are a sonic force to be reckoned with, bringing their past experiences to the stage along with decades-worth of performing and perfecting their craft.  Over the years, members have shared the stage with such national acts as Sevendust, Anthrax, Coal Chamber, Dope, and others.
